Bulk Skip Trace
From the left hand side, click on Skip Trace.
The next page will let you choose whether you wanted to do a Single Skip Trace or Bulk Skip Trace.
This time, let’s click Bulk Skip Trace. From this page, you can drag and drop or select the file available for skip trace from your computer.
You will see a check mark just on the right side of the file name once it has been uploaded. Then click on the blue arrow to proceed.
You can now proceed with Data Mapping. Smart Mapping technology from Batch Skip Tracing will have most of the fields automatically mapped but for those that did not, you can just map it manually from the drop down options. Click on the proceed button once done.
The next page will show you the list from the file you just uploaded. You can also name your list on to the head top of the result.
Next page displays the Estimated Cost. It will give you the total number of matches or available for skip tracing, the amount you’ll be paying per match ($0.09), and the Total Cost.
NOTE: For the payment method, if you are an admin user, you can use either or both of your card and the credit balance. But if you are a sub-user, you are only able to use the current balance. Once ready, click on Pay Now.
Refresh the page then the result will be displayed on the dashboard of Skip Trace. From the information posted, you will see the total of the Addresses, the Hit Rate %, total number of Matches, total cost, the date of upload and the status. You can also download the skip traced file from the Actions column of the far right hand side.
The phone logo on the Actions column will let your file push to Batch Dialer.
