Skip Trace List Explained
The Order Details are displayed on top of the page.
Just on the lower part of the page, you will see the details of the file, e.g. First Name, Last Name, Address, etc.
Batch Skip Tracing provides you with Equity %, Property Vacant, Litigator, Absentee Owner, USPS Deliverable, Bankruptcy, Judgement, and Lien.
You will also see the bluck check icon indicator if the address is on the Property Vacant list, if its on the Litigator list, and if the Owner is Absent. The indicator is also present if the address is a USPS Deliverable. *We do not suggest sending mails to addresses that did not show indicators under USPS Deliverable.
On the upper right side of the page, there is a download button that will allow you to download the current file you’re looking at and see it with the present factors. Also, you can easily push your list to your Dialer account by using the Push to Dialer function.
